Much like the hotel itself, which promises unique touches at every turn, Crimson Diner and Whiskey Bar seeks to delight its patrons with every sip or bite.
To that end, it plays host to four distinct concepts: Coffee, Diner, Whiskey, and View. They each offer something a little different, but all share a common goal of providing Southern hospitality. Chef Lawrence DiJoseph, a native of Washington, DC, reinvents Southern comfort food with contemporary flair. The proof is in dishes like fried catfish and grits and hot fudge ice cream cake.
