Rally Together a Group of Friends From Elevation at Washington Gateway and Join a Team Through United Social Sports
Remember when playing sports was pure fun? When you were a kid and just got a bunch of friends together to enjoy playing outside? You didn’t have a coach barking orders, you didn’t have opponents playing dirty, and you didn’t have standings or statistics hanging over your head. You just played because it was fun, and because it was an easy way to make friends with other kids your age.
DC’s United Social Sports tries to bring that same spirit back to adults in the DC metro area! USS offers recreational leagues in everything from softball, basketball and soccer to shuffleboard, bocce, and bar sports, and you can sign up as a team with a group of friends from Elevation at Washington Gateway (or make new ones!), or join as an individual to get assigned as a free agent. USS also organizes special events like happy hours, tailgates, and holiday parties, in order to foster a social atmosphere of friendship and fun.
